SOCIAL DREAMING MATRIX

Started in 1982 by sociologist Gordon Lawrence in London, England, social dreaming is a gathering of 6 to 100 participants who sit together for an hour, sharing dreams and free associations, producing a matrix.
Derived from the word for uterus or womb, the matrix is a container from which something grows and develops.
For about three years, some CGPS members and friends have been meeting to form a social dreaming matrix, currently at 909 Broad St in Durham at the offices of Jane and Jim Finch.

Meetings are fourth Fridays from 9:00-11:00AM.
